My career began in service to this nation — first as a Marine, then as a Soldier — where I spent 26 years mastering the operational backbone that makes missions possible: logistics and supply chain management. From large-scale deployments to complex multi-unit coordination, I learned early that excellence in logistics isn’t just a function — it’s a force multiplier.

Retiring from the U.S. Army in February 2026, I carry with me a record of translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes: reducing financial obligations by 45% through structured property consolidation, directing logistics planning for 13 major deployments, and co-leading resolution of equipment deficiencies valued at $700B.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from American Military University, and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management at Liberty University — because I believe that learning never stops, and the best leaders are the ones who stay curious.

I hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (valid through July 2029) and bring certifications as a SOLE Senior Demonstrated Logistician and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

How I Lead

I believe leadership exists to convert organizational intent into measurable outcomes by aligning talent, strategy, and execution. While management sustains processes, leadership creates clarity, establishes standards, and positions teams to perform at the highest level.

My approach is grounded in credibility. Trust is built when a leader’s words and actions remain consistently aligned, particularly under pressure. Transparency in goals, ownership of outcomes, and humility in decision-making are not situational behaviors — they are leadership obligations.
 
I cultivate environments where teams experience psychological safety internally while projecting strength externally. Leaders should never be feared by their people, but competitors should recognize the discipline, cohesion, and operational capability that define the organization.
 
Accountability begins with the leader. Shortfalls, when addressed with rigor, become catalysts for organizational resilience and continuous improvement. Competence forms the foundation of loyalty, and I will never ask individuals to carry a burden I am unwilling to carry myself.
 
Ultimately, leadership is stewardship. My role is not simply to direct performance, but to develop capability, protect organizational integrity, and deliver results that endure.
